Un altro progetto consacra Santiago de Chile come nuovo epicentro della scena psichedelica internazionale, dopo LA Hell Gang, The Ganjas Delta 21 e le due band lanciate da Sacred Bones Records, Follakzoid e The Holydrug Couple. I Chicos de Nazca sono nati nel 2010 da un'idea del chitarrista e vocalist fondatore dei LA Hell Gang, Francisco Cabala. A questa multiforme creatura hanno preso parte altri membri chiave del circuito legato alla label BYM Records, come Ignacio Rodriguez (LA Hell Gang e The Holydrug Couple), Juan Pablo Rodriguez (Follakzoid), Martin Avendano (Delta 21). “Hey Lord, Hey Babe” suona come un grande classico psych-rock da discepoli ispanici di The Brian Jonestown Massacre. Tra chitarre avvelenate, tastiere atmosferische e linee vocali alla mescalina, un viaggio allucinato nel deserto di Atacama che prosegue tra riverberi e visioni nell'anestetica “I've Fallen Into Sea”.
